Forrest Farm Sheep & Goat Cheese Creamery
At Forrest Farm, all of our cheeses are made with milk from our grass fed and pasture raised sheep and goats who are born, raised, and milked right here on the farm.
We are currently the only licensed Sheep dairy in BC, one of only a handful of micro dairies in the province, and one of the only farmstead sheep and goat cheese creameries in the country.
We seasonally milk 12 goats and 20 sheep, who are naturally bred in the fall for spring lambs and kids.
Raising them this way means that our milking season is from April to November, and we don’t extend our season with hormones or artificial lighting.
