A hidden gem of a lake near Salmo, and the name of our signature Sheep cheese. Rosebud is made from Pasteurized sheep milk, and has a thin orange layer of Annatto behind a white bloomy rind. It has a creamy, and buttery flavour with a slight hint of mushroom from the rind. It is also very versatile, and a perfect addition to a charcuterie or cheese board.

Let this cheese warm up to room temperature for the best flavour.

Pairing: Peaches, dried fruits, nuts

Beer Pairing: Saisons, Pale and Amber Ales
