Our signature goat cheese, the Darkwoods takes its name from the nature conservancy area right behind our farm. A semi soft lactic cheese, it has a smooth and creamy texture with a slight citrus note. With a thin dark layer of vegetable ash hidden behind a bloomy rind it is becoming a fast favourite.

Let this cheese warm to room temperature for the best flavour.

Pairing : Blackberry or Plum, sparkling wine or cider,

Beer Pairing: Hefeweizen, or Fruit Sours
