Take your frozen Forrest Farm Duck out of the bag, place in a large pot fully submerge in cold water, slice a whole orange and put in the water with the duck leave to thaw overnight. Take your duck out of the water pat dry, stuff with fresh sliced orange and place in a dutch oven. Preheat oven to 350. Melt some raw honey and fresh squeezed orange juice. Pour honey mixture over your Forrest Farm Duck put in oven and baste frequently. As the duck cooks the duck fat will mix with your honey mixture, use this lovely fat to baste your duck and it will always come out tender, juicy and full of flavor. Serve with this Cranberry Sauce Recipe

-3 Tbs Raw Honey

-3  Organic Oranges
